As a former professional athlete, Shane Gonzales brings a unique skill set to his career in the real estate industry. After receiving a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Southern California, Shane was fortunate enough to be drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2014, accomplishing a life long dream. Unfortunately, two shoulder surgeries later and Shane’s career was cut short, which led him into real estate.
Shane’s first effort was in residential renovation by starting and continuing to run a successful home fix and flip business. This gives him a unique insight into the real estate market that others may not have, which is highly valuable and beneficial to his clients. Shane has also developed the skill to negotiate homes for the right price and turn around and sell them for the highest possible value.
The work ethic and tough mental discipline required to become a professional athlete have given Shane a competitive edge in the industry. Shane has made a seamless transition into real estate, fix and flips, and now residential sales with the McMonigle Group. Shane is a true professional who is genuinely there for his clients 24/7.
Shane is young, hungry, and uniquely equipped with the right skillset to approach real estate in a fresh and innovative way. He approaches his work seriously, competitively, but also has fun along the way, which makes the experience for his clients smooth and enjoyable.
When Shane is not working, which is rare, you can find him at a baseball field or basketball court keeping that competitive drive alive or enjoying time with his beautiful fiancé, Kendel. Shane still stays close to baseball by helping younger kids who have the same passion to play – always encouraging them to keep chasing their dreams.
